Ford Fiesta Classic launched in India


Ford India launched Ford Fiesta Classic in the domestic auto market.
The US auto company launched Ford Fiesta Classic in four variants priced at Rs 5,49,030 to Rs 6,89,000 (ex-showroom) New Delhi. The car is available in petrol engine Ford Fiesta LXi Petrol priced Rs. 5,49,030 and Ford Fiesta CLXI Petrol priced at Rs. 5,99,000 and in diesel Ford Fiesta LXI Diesel at Rs. 6,48,000 and Ford Fiesta CLXI Diesel at Rs. 6,89,000.

Ford India has strategiacally replaced Ford Fiesta after it sold 1 lac units of the same and then landed with the new Ford Fiesta classic. Ford Fiesta Classic petrol has been launched with 1.6 Duratech while the diesle car model is affixed iwth 1.4 duratorq. The Americabn auto company is marching towards the Maruti Swift Dzire and Toyota Etios customer base.

The car has not only been replaced but now comes with more stylish interiors also like the intrument panel is hued with Ebony and Jasper /blue, a brand new centre and floor console which is neatly finished in Graphic Metallic, comfortable and well cushioned seats, two tones door trims. The car is being launched in a new colour Colorado Red body colour. It is availble in Diamond White, Moondust Silver, Panther Black, Morello, Sea Grey.

On the other hand Ford is going to launch 2011 Ford Fiesta in Delhi by April 15th this year as per the sepculations and this new car would be followed by this Fiesta Classic. The car would have same features and technical changes engine same as this above. It has been conformed that the 2011 variant of Ford Fiesta will be available in both the diesel and petrol engine.

The new 2011 Ford Fiesta is coming with new super look and some changes in the engine, so the prices for car would be enhanced by few thousands. This car is expected to be a performer, also fuel efficient and rider friendly which will be an answer to Toyota Etios, Tata Manza, Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Mahindra Logan.
