KTM presents the three-wheeled electric car, the E3W

The Austrian KTM presents an innovative prototype of three-wheeled electric car, the model is called E3W, ie Three Wheels Electric.

Kisha has conceived the study design of the car, which can be considered an alternative to the Renault Twizy, more electric cars, but with four wheels. The body weight is 500 kg, thanks to the use of lightweight materials, plastic, very spectacular opening of the doors is up, the engine delivers a power of 20 hp and the KTM has a top speed of 95 E3W km / h. The lithium ion battery gives a range, which makes getting a single charge, to walk about a hundred kilometers.


Previously, KTM, a leading manufacturer of motorcycles, had sold the X-Bow, very similar to a kart, a two-seater is equipped with 4 cylinder 2.0 TFSI, 240 hp, with a maximum speed of 217 km / h and acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.9 seconds.
